    Fire Rated Pressed Metal Door Frames

    Manufactured at a standard of 1.4mm to 1.6mm Zinc anneal, metal door frames can be made available at a customized profile and thickness. Fire-rated frames are certified to suit FRL ratings while the backfilling and grouting required to comply with AS1905.1-2015 Australian Standard. Pressed metal door frames are supplied with 3 welded hinges and a universal striker or 3 backing plates with any special striker preparation for commercial use.

  • Solid Core Doors

    A solid core door manufactured by Protec Building products are made with Hardwood, Finger Joint Pine framing and medium density particle board infilled core either with MDF, Duracoat or Plywood face in various thickness. The solid core infill makes the door lightweight making it a perfect option for interior designers and architects.
